Returns & Exchanges
At Highnicety Golf, we want you to love your gear. Whether you're picking up your first set or adding to your arsenal, your satisfaction is our priority.
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Item must be in original condition, and with all original packaging.

Clubs must not show signs of additional wear, including but not limited to scratches, dings, or altered grips.

Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Custom orders or personalized products
🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@highnicety.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. -
Approval & Instructions
If your item is eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address. -
Ship It Back
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Let us know in your email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Exchanges are shipped once we receive your original item.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right—fast.
