Returns & Exchanges

At Highnicety Golf, we want you to love your gear. Whether you're picking up your first set or adding to your arsenal, your satisfaction is our priority.

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be in original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Clubs must not show signs of additional wear, including but not limited to scratches, dings, or altered grips.

  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom orders or personalized products


🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at info@highnicety.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Approval & Instructions
    If your item is eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Ship It Back
    You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Let us know in your email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Exchanges are shipped once we receive your original item.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right—fast.
