Trade-In Program FAQ
What are the trade-in rules?
We want to make it easy (and fun) to upgrade your gear. To keep things fair and consistent, all trade-in clubs must be in good working condition. We accept most clubs, new or used, as long as they’re playable, clean, and not heavily damaged.
Clubs not accepted:
- Rattling heads or loose parts
- Rusted shafts or heads
- Dented or cracked clubheads
- Rock chips on iron faces
- DIY modifications (except for grips)
Clubs that might be accepted with a reduced value:
- Non-factory shafts
- Shaft burn or heavy bag wear
- Cosmetic marks that don’t affect performance
What can I trade toward?
Your trade value can be applied to any in-stock club on our site, new or used, as long as your purchase value is equal to or higher than your trade-in value. We do not offer trade-in credit toward gift cards at this time. Refunds for orders placed with trades are issued as store credit only.
Important notes before trading in:
- Trade values are subject to change, so be sure to confirm your value before shipping.
- If your club isn’t on our accepted trade-in list, we’re likely not taking trades on that model at the moment.
- We reserve the right to reject any trade that doesn’t meet our minimum standards.
For iron sets:
Must include at least 7 consecutive clubs (e.g., 4-PW, 5-PW + SW, etc.)
- 7-club sets will be valued at 7/8ths of the full set price
- Partial sets or single irons will be calculated proportionally
- We don’t accept individual 5 or 6 irons on their own
Max trade value per year:
We currently cap total trade-in credits at $2,500 per household per calendar year.
Shipping & Processing
How do I send in my trade-in clubs?
You’ve got 2 easy options:
Option 1: Order your new gear now. Once it arrives, use the same box to send us your old clubs.
Option 2: Already have a box? Pack up your trades right after placing your order.
Pro Tip: Write your trade confirmation number clearly on the box to speed up processing.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your trade-in, we’ll issue your refund or store credit within 10–14 business days, assuming everything checks out.
Do I pay 100% upfront for new clubs?
Yes — you’ll pay in full at checkout. Once we receive and process your trade-in, we’ll send you a refund or store credit for the value of your gear.
International Customers
At the moment, our trade-in program is only available to customers in Canada.
If you ship a trade-in from outside these countries, it will be returned at your own cost.
